Turkey Salad with Grapes

1 pkg. Empire™ turkey breast, diced
2 c. Taylor™ Organic Baby Spring Mix
1 cucumber (Sunset Produce™), thinly sliced
¾ c. seedless grapes
1 scallion, sliced
1/3 c. sodium free corn
¼ c. sodium free black beans
¼ c. balsamic vinegar (Monari Federzoni™)

  • On top of the spring mix, place the cucumbers, scallions, grapes, corn, beans, and turkey.
  • Drizzle the vinegar over the top. Season with freshly ground pepper.
